We read what you sent
Including the photographs. Most of the useful information in a seatbelt enquiry is visual, and it is worth looking at properly before replying.
An enquiry is easiest to answer when it says what the vehicle is and shows what is fitted. Vehicle, seating position and a photograph of the existing component are usually enough to begin.
Best for an urgent requirement or a quick question about whether something is worth pursuing.
Best for a first enquiry, because you can attach photographs of the existing component alongside the vehicle details.

Complete what you can. Fields marked with an asterisk are the minimum needed to reply; everything else makes the reply more useful.
Including the photographs. Most of the useful information in a seatbelt enquiry is visual, and it is worth looking at properly before replying.
If something needed to identify the component has not come through, we will say exactly what it is and where to find it — a specific photograph, a measurement, or a detail about the vehicle. We do not guess in order to avoid asking.
What the component appears to be, whether it can be sourced, and where any uncertainty remains. If a requirement cannot be met properly, we will say so rather than propose an approximate substitute.
This site lists the contact details we actually operate: one telephone number and one email address. We have not published an office address, warehouse location, business hours, map, messaging number or social media profiles, because doing so without accurate information would be worse than leaving them out.
The social icons in the footer are shown without links for the same reason — we would rather show nothing than send you somewhere that is not ours.
Pricing, minimum quantities, payment terms, delivery timeframes and any warranty or return arrangements are agreed per transaction and confirmed in writing. We do not publish them as standing figures, because the honest answer depends on the component, the source and the requirement.
If any of those terms are decisive for you, raise them in your first message and we will address them directly.
